Observatorio de Movilidad Vial – OMV

Platform for studying traffic variables measured via different simulations on the road network of the city of Pereira. The system takes into account real-time status of traffic lights in field using NTCIP, enabling the authorities to model various scenarios that may occur within the city road network, develop new strategies for continuous improvement of mobility and evaluate its impact, all this without directly affecting the real transit system.
